The Micropump Evaluation Kit includes two micopumps and all the supporting electronics/PC software to run the pump at your application requirements.

Disc Pump is a multi award-winning micropump platform, which is enabling innovation across sectors from medical and life sciences, to environmental and defence through wearability, portability, and simplicity. We offer three product lines: the entry-level BL Series, which strikes a balance between performance and cost; the XP Series with our highest performance and widest temperature range to suit the most demanding applications; and the LT Series, engineered for applications demanding long operational life in excess of 5,000 hours.

All of our pump designs have two pumping chambers. These are configured at the point of manufacture to be in series for higher pressure applications, or parallel for higher flow.

The kit includes 2 Disc Pumps, driver board, mains USB, accessory kit, USB drive with PC app for control, configuration and documentation.

  • Rotary dial (can be configured to control pressure or power)
  • 0 – 2.5 V analog in (can be configured to control pressure and power)
  • USB-Serial interface for control via PC
  • 2.5 V UART interface for integration with host embedded systems
  • Power control
  • Closed-loop pressure control (positive and negative pressure)
  • Bang-bang pressure control
