ISM Deutschland GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
All measuring instruments are calibrated with traceable standards prior to delivery and during maintenance. An enclosed certificate documents this process, which should be repeated at regular intervals.
The intervals depend on the operating conditions and the test equipment monitoring regulations established within the company. Usually, they are one year. By means of calibration leaks and leak calibrators, faultless overall system functionality including the test adaption used can also be proven at much shorter intervals (e. g. at the beginning of each shift).
Calibration standards are manufactured to customer specifications, defined by the leak rate and test pressure required by the application, and calibrated prior to delivery.
